These 11 gauges are based on what I was using when I began ODB back in 2009 with a Palm Pilot - I tried to use DashCommand but couldn't find a workable PC solution back then. The Palm has a 2.25 inch square screen and I had to write all the software, ugh. All I wanted was a temperature gauge - did you know a Mini Cooper does not have one ? And has a silly 'polka dot' gas gauge ? As for the throttles, I am just curious about them with the car having an electronic gas pedal. It has a 'Sport' and a 'Normal' profile available and I want to understand. The Palm was too slow to update so maybe with DC I can satisfy my curiousity. The vertical bar layout? Composing PP dashboards is not that easy. I'm old school as far as gauges go. I grew up on British Minis, MGs, Triumphs, and A.Healeys, etc. These cars has tachs, speedos, gas, engine temp and oil pressures only. Some had ammeters. So anything more than these I dunno yet. I look for basic, easy to read & comprehend gauges is all.
